Our first session is 15 minutes and completely FREE where we discuss your goals and how we would like to tackle your weaknesses to personalize a system for you.
Each session is 60 minutes and conducted via Google Meet (but that’s not all!). Your session isn’t just a 1-hour meeting, it’s a weekly coach who creates YOUR schedule catered to YOU and YOUR life! By booking your initial session you will be receiving a take-home schedule, a weekly goals and objectives planner, text reminders for tasks, and progress tracking! I’m not just a coach, I’m an executive function assistant who’s here to help you be the best you can be.
Please schedule a weekly session AT LEAST 48 hours in advance. Once booked you will receive a Google Meet link and an assessment form in your confirmation email. This assessment form must be completed AT LEAST 24 hours before our first session. This form is for me to get to know you and learn about what your strengths and weaknesses are. The sooner you finish the sooner I’ll have your results and find out how to assist you. 🙂
ADD/ ADHD Coaching is $65/ Week and includes text reminders, online progress tracking, information to local resources, catered schedules, and daily assistance (when available).
The ADD Coach is a life coach, not a medical doctor or physician. The ADD Coach cannot diagnose you with any disorder nor prescribe medication. The services provided are supplementary to therapy and medication (if taking). Services are NOT covered under ANY insurance.
